All information collected by Ultimate Event Management will only be done so for the purpose of running exhibitions and for the marketing of these exhibitions.

Ultimate Event Management will not sell or divulge any private information to a third party unless approval has been sought and given by our clients.

Ultimate Event Management will use their discretion for issues in relation to giving out phone numbers to visitors at the exhibitions who require more information about products or contacts of our clients.
